Oscar “Bud” Cordero
Owner/Founder
Oscar “Bud” Cordero is the owner of EBB Tide Group, LLC who, in partnership with his clients, helps homeowners build their dream home.
An award-winning custom home builder with 30 years of experience with the largest custom builder in Florida, Bud has decided that a more one on one building experience fits his client’s needs and looks forward to helping them achieve their dream home.
Bud, a Florida state certified contractor since 1991, believes that building a home is a partnership between the client and the builder. “I enjoy guiding people through the process, so they get the best value in their home and helping them make the right decisions for them”.
Bud has won numerous building awards, including Grand Awards in Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Martin, and St. Lucie counties Parade of Homes. He is a recipient of the Aurora Award from the National Home Builders Association for his work in energy efficiency and is especially proud of the work he has done with Habitat for Humanity. Giving back to the community has always been a priority.
